Weekend at the ballfield

This week started out with my lonely drive home from Louisiana. I was happy to get back to Michael but I was sad to leave Erin, Jonathan, and Jackson. I love spending time with them! The rest of the week was uneventful, visiting Granny, keeping the girls, cleaning house, washing the car and Michael working on the "new car!". The week was capped off with a weekend at the ballfield. Regan's team, the Fireballs, lost their first and second game of the season this weekend, sad times.

Very busy week!

This past week has been very busy but very fun. It started on May 21st with Erin and her family coming to Flintstone for a visit. They made it here to see Shelby's ball game on Thursday and then Awards day at CVE On Friday. Shebly and Regan could not have been happier to have them home. Awards day was great, Shelby made honor roll for the year, way to go Shelby! The next few days consisted of eating at mom's, playing at Elmo park, eating at mom's, playing kick ball, more eating and more playing. (We obviously do a lot of eating when family is here!) On Monday Jonathan headed back to Louisiana for work so Erin and Jackson moved from Mom's house to mine to spend a few days with Michael and I. We had a great time. We spend the rest of the week, by just hanging out, eating, a picnic at the park and more playing at Elmo park. The week ended in Flintstone with watching Regan play ball. Erin, Jackson, and I headed to Ruston on Friday morning. I hated to take them back to their home. I need the Clarks to move close to Flintstone. I feel right at home at Erin's, we spend the weekend just being and hanging out with each other. I got home today, the ride was long but I was glad to see my husband, I missed him. The other big surprise this week was the purchase of a 69 Dodge Charger. Michael deserves it, he is the best!
